These rooms are available for LDS-standard living guys to move in. That means absolutely no pornograpny, no R-rated movies, no girls staying overnight, no alcohol, no drugs, no smoking, and uplifting music on Sundays. If you would like to know more about the standards, please reference For The Strength of Youth. I believe these standards should continue to apply to us throughout our life.
Also, If you are interested in a month-to-month contract, that is available as well for an additional fee.
